     Sir Dudley Gordon Alan Duckworth-King, 5th Bt. was born on 28 November 1851.1 He was the son of Admiral Sir George St. Vincent Duckworth-King, 4th Bt. and Lady Caroline Mary Dawson-Damer.1,2 He married Eva Mary Gore, daughter of Maj.-Gen. Ralph Gore, on 15 April 1890.3 He died on 13 February 1909 at age 57.1
     He held the office of Aide-de-Camp to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland between 1879 and 1882.3 He fought in the Sudan Campaign in 1885.3 He gained the rank of Major in the 1st Battalion, Welch Regiment.3 He succeeded as the 5th Baronet King, of Bellevue, co. Kent [G.B., 1792] on 18 August 1891.3 He was Colonel of the 1st Volunteer Battalion, Devonshire Regiment.3 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Devon.3 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Devon.3 He held the office of High Sheriff of Devon in 1907.3

Admiral Sir George St. Vincent Duckworth-King, 4th Bt.1

     Admiral Sir George St. Vincent Duckworth-King, 4th Bt. was born on 15 July 1809.1 He was the son of Vice-Admiral Sir Richard King, 2nd Bt. and Sarah Anne Duckworth.1 He married Lady Caroline Mary Dawson-Damer, daughter of Captain Hon. Henry Dawson-Damer and Eliza Moriarty, on 16 December 1847.2 He died on 18 August 1891 at age 82.1
     He was Commander-in-Chief of the East India and China between 1864 and 1867.3 He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.)3 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet King, of Bellevue, co. Kent [G.B., 1792] on 2 November 1887.3 He held the office of Aide-de-Camp to HM Queen Victoria.3 On 13 February 1888 his name was legally changed to George St. Vincent Duckworth-King by Royal Licence.1
