     William Guy Hicks Beach was born on 23 July 1891.1 He was the son of Major Archibald William Beach and Violet Isabel Slingsby Bethell.1 He married, firstly, Fanny Muriel Stewart, daughter of Ninian Bannatyne Stewart and Maria Amelia Stewart, on 3 October 1914 at St. Anselm’s Church, Davies Street, St. George Hanover Square, London, England.2 He married, secondly, Beatrice Mary Swetenham Johnstone, daughter of Arthur Oliver Johnstone, on 14 December 1932.1 He died on 8 February 1953 at age 61.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Yeomanry.1

     Major Archibald William Beach was born on 21 October 1859.1 He was the son of Rt. Hon. William Wither Bramston Beach and Caroline Chichester Cleveland.1 He married Violet Isabel Slingsby Bethell, daughter of Hon. Slingsby Bethell and Caroline Chaplin, on 5 January 1888.2 He died on 22 January 1924 at age 64.1
     He was extra Aide-de-Camp to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland between 1886 and 1889.1 He gained the rank of Major in the King’s Royal Rifle Corps.1 He was appointed Fellow, Geological Society (F.G.S.)1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Hampshire.1 He lived at Oakley House, Basingstoke, Hampshire, England.1
