Robert Harris Dalzell, 11th Earl of Carnwath1 
He gained the rank of Major in 1882 in the 79th Highlanders.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the 1st Battalion, Queen’s Own Cameron Highlanders.2 He succeeded as the 11th Earl of Carnwath [S., 1639] on 1 November 1887.1 He held the office of Representative Peer [Scotland] between 1892 and 1910.1
