Adelaide Louisa Venables-Vernon.2 He married, firstly, Gertrude Carter in 1896.1 He married, secondly, Marion Cecilia Sabelberg, daughter of Theodore Sabelberg, on 25 December 1897.1 He died on 11 November 1908 at age 52, without issue.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Artillery.1
