Sir John Kaye, 2nd Bt. was born in 1641.1 He was the son of Sir John Kaye, 1st Bt. and Margaret Moseley.2 He married Ann Lister, daughter of William Lister and Catherine Hawksworth, before 1663.1 He died on 8 August 1706.1
He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Kaye, of Woodsome, co. York [E., 1642] on 23 July 1662.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Yorkshire between 1685 and 1698.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Yorkshire between 1701 and 1706.1

Sir Arthur Kaye, 3rd Bt. was born in 1660.1 He was the son of Sir John Kaye, 2nd Bt. and Ann Lister.2 He married Anne Marowe, daughter of Sir Samuell Marowe, 1st and last Bt. and Anne Whorwood, on 22 July 1690.1 He died on 10 July 1726, without male issue.1
