     John Isham was the son of Sir Euseby Isham and Anne Borlase.² He married Anne Fitzwilliam, daughter of Sir William Fitzwilliam, in June 1604.¹ He married Elizabeth Dunch, daughter of Edmund Dunch, on 23 November 1605.¹ He died on 11 December 1626.¹
     He lived Pytchley and Braunton.¹

     Her married name became Isham.

     John Isham was born circa August 1525.¹ He was the son of Euseby Isham and Anne Pulton.³ He married Elizabeth Barker, daughter of Nicholas Barker, on 6 October 1552.¹ He died before 15 May 1596.¹
     He was a merchant adventurer at London, England.¹ In 1559/60 they bought from Sir William Cecil the Manor and advowson of Lamport, with John later inheriting Robert’s share.¹ He was He built Lamport Hall.¹ He held the office of High Sheriff of Northamptonshire in 1581.¹ He lived at Lamport Hall, Lamport, Northamptonshire, England.¹

     Nicholas Barker lived at Sonning, Berkshire, England.¹

     Elizabeth Barker is the daughter of Nicholas Barker.² She married, firstly, Leonard Barker before 1552.¹ She married, secondly, John Isham, son of Euseby Isham and Anne Pulton, on 6 October 1552.¹
     From 6 October 1552, her married name became Isham.

     Thomas Isham was born on 11 September 1555.¹ He was the son of John Isham and Elizabeth Barker.² He married Elizabeth Nicholson, daughter of Christopher Nicholson, in September 1576.¹ He died on 3 December 1605 at age 50.¹
     Circa 1567 he became blind.¹ He lived at Lamport Hall, Lamport, Northamptonshire, England.¹

     Christopher Nicholson lived at Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.¹

     Elizabeth Nicholson was the daughter of Christopher Nicholson.² She married Thomas Isham, son of John Isham and Elizabeth Barker, in September 1576.¹ She died on 9 August 1621.¹
     From September 1576, her married name became Isham.

     Sir John Isham, 1st Bt. was born on 27 July 1582.¹ He was the son of Thomas Isham and Elizabeth Nicholson.² He married Judith Lewin, daughter of Dr. William Lewin, on 19 October 1607.¹ He died on 8 July 1651 at age 68.¹
     He was appointed Knight in 1608.¹ He held the office of High Sheriff of Northamptonshire in 1611.¹ He was created 1st Baronet Isham, of Lamport, co. Northampton [England] on 30 May 1627.¹
