     Thomas Maunsell was born in 1536.¹ He was the son of Richard Maunsell and Margaret Fairfax.¹ He married Agnes Morton, daughter of John Morton, on 11 September 1567.¹ He died circa April 1582.¹
     He graduated from Magdalen College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, in 1554 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He lived at Chicheley, Buckinghamshire, England^G.¹

     Agnes Morton was the daughter of John Morton.¹ She married, firstly, William Everett.¹ She married, secondly, Thomas Maunsell, son of Richard Maunsell and Margaret Fairfax, on 11 September 1567.¹ She died in 1603.¹
     Her married name became Everett.¹ From 11 September 1567, her married name became Maunsell.¹
