     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He lived in 2003 at 17 Netheravon Road, London, England^G.¹

     Alfred Gordon Courage was born in March 1860 at Great Boughton, Cheshire, England^G.¹ He was the son of Alfred Gordon Courage and Irene Ellen Whitbread.¹ He married Rose Ethel Cotton on 1 June 1892 at London, England^G.¹ He died in 1922.¹

     Edward Vivian Farquhar was born on 4 June 1929.¹ He was the son of Guy William John Farquhar and Daphne Mary Christian Henry.¹ He married, firstly, Polly Vian, daughter of Admiral Sir Philip Louis Vian, on 8 September 1956.¹ He and Polly Vian were divorced in 1983.¹ He married, secondly, Careena Thomas, daughter of William Thomas, in 1985.¹ He died on 4 December 1995 at age 66.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He was a director of Mann Crossman and Paulin Ltd.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the 11th Hussars.¹ He was chairman of Watney Mann in 1972.¹

     Mary Josephine Fogarty married Barnaby Dane Lanktree, son of Henry Lanktree and Catherine Noonan, on 20 August 1885 at County Cork, Ireland^G.^1,2 She died on 9 January 1933 at 182A Adelaide Road, London, England^G.¹ She was buried at St. Mary’s Cemetery, London, England^G.²
     From 20 August 1885, her married name became Lanktree.¹
