     Anne Dawes is the daughter of John Dawes.¹ She married John Head, son of Sir Richard Head, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Willey.¹
     Her married name became Head.

     Dawes Head was born on 16 April 1682.¹ He was the son of John Head and Anne Dawes.¹ He married Jane Taylor.¹ He died in May 1705 at age 23.¹
     He was educated at Westminster School, Westminster, London, England^G.¹ He lived at Ravenstonesdale, Westmorland, England^G.¹ He had three other children.¹

     Jane Taylor married Dawes Head, son of John Head and Anne Dawes.¹
     Her married name became Head.

     John Head was born circa 1701.¹ He was the son of Dawes Head and Jane Taylor. He married Hannah Wickins, daughter of Reverend Edmund Wickins.¹ He died in 1739.¹
     He was a merchant at Liverpool, Lancashire, England^G.¹

     Reverend Edmund Wickins was the Rector at Kirby Thore, Westmorland, England^G.¹

     Hannah Wickins is the daughter of Reverend Edmund Wickins.¹ She married John Head, son of Dawes Head and Jane Taylor.¹
     Her married name became Head.

     Sir Edmund Head, 6th Bt. was born in 1733.¹ He was the son of John Head and Hannah Wickins.¹ He married, firstly, Mary Raineau, daughter of Daniel Raineau, in 1771.¹ He married, secondly, Dorothy Western, daughter of Maximilian Western, on 12 May 1796.¹ He died on 21 November 1796, without further issue.¹
     He emigrated arriving on circa 1764 emigrated to America.¹ He was a merchant at Charleston, South Carolina, U.S.A.^G.¹ He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Head [E., 1676] on 4 December 1769.¹ President of the Charleston Court of Trade and Commerce.¹ He was He was selected as a member of Congress on the outbreak of the War of Independence but was a loyalist so banished and his property forfeit.¹ Before 1794 he returned to London.¹

     Daniel Raineau lived at Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G.¹

     Mary Raineau was the daughter of Daniel Raineau.¹ She married Sir Edmund Head, 6th Bt., son of John Head and Hannah Wickins, in 1771.¹ She died on 12 June 1775.¹
     From 1771, her married name became Head.

     Rev. Sir John Head, 7th Bt. was born on 3 January 1773.¹ He was the son of Sir Edmund Head, 6th Bt. and Mary Raineau. He married Jane Walker, daughter of Thomas Walker, on 8 October 1801.¹ He died on 4 January 1838 at age 65.¹
     He was educated at Magdalen College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹ He succeeded as the 7th Baronet Head [E., 1676] on 21 November 1796.¹ He was admitted to Lincoln’s Inn.¹ He was the Rector at Rayleigh, Essex, England^G.¹ He purchased the Wiarton Place estate, Boughton Monchelsea, Kent before 1801.¹
