     Harry Christopher Montague Minchin was born on 26 December 1861.¹ He was the son of Reverend Henry Charles Minchin and Anne Jane Jones.^2,3 He married Olivia Juliana Yorke, daughter of Rear-Admiral Reginald Yorke and Harriet Walker, on 4 October 1904.⁴ He died on 30 October 1941 at age 79.⁴
     He graduated from Wadham College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, in 1886 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He graduated from Wadham College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was an author.¹

     Anna Maria Antonia Yorke was the daughter of Rear-Admiral Reginald Yorke and Harriet Walker.² She died on 11 June 1946, unmarried.¹

     Anna Maria Yorke was the daughter of Reverend Philip Yorke and Hon. Anna Maria Cocks.² She married Rt. Hon. Sir Edmund Walker Head, 8th Bt., son of Rev. Sir John Head, 7th Bt. and Jane Walker, on 27 November 1838.¹ She died on 25 August 1890.¹
     From 27 November 1838, her married name became Head.

     Rt. Hon. Sir Edmund Walker Head, 8th Bt. was born in 1805.¹ He was the son of Rev. Sir John Head, 7th Bt. and Jane Walker.¹ He married Anna Maria Yorke, daughter of Reverend Philip Yorke and Hon. Anna Maria Cocks, on 27 November 1838.² He died on 28 January 1868, without surviving male issue.¹
     He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England^G.¹ He was educated at Oriel College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹ He was Fellow and Principal Postmaster and Tutor between 1830 and 1837 at Merton College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹ He was Oxford University examiner between 1834 and 1839.¹ He was Assistant Poor Law Commissioner between 1836 and 1841.¹ He succeeded as the 8th Baronet Head [E., 1676] on 4 January 1838. He was Poor Law Commissioner between 1841 and 1847.¹ He held the office of Governor of New Brunswick between 1847 and 1854.¹ He held the office of Governor of Canada between 1854 and 1861.¹ He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) in 1857.¹ He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.) in 1860.¹ He wrote the book The Handbook of Spanish Painting.¹ On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.¹

     Reverend Henry Wood was born on 22 February 1726.¹ He was the son of Francis Wood and Mary Dorothy Palmer.¹ He married Elizabeth Gore, daughter of Charles Gore.¹ He died on 27 October 1790 at age 64, without surviving issue.¹
     He was Chaplain to the British Factory at Oporto, Portugal^G.¹ He was the Rector at Hemsworth, Yorkshire, England^G.¹ He was the Vicar at Halifax, Yorkshire, England^G.¹ He graduated from Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, with a Doctor of Divinity (D.D.)¹

     Elizabeth Gore is the daughter of Charles Gore.¹ She married Reverend Henry Wood, son of Francis Wood and Mary Dorothy Palmer.¹
     Her married name became Wood.¹

     Sir Francis Wood, 1st Bt. was baptised on 2 January 1729.¹ He was the son of Francis Wood and Mary Dorothy Palmer.¹ He married Elizabeth Ewer, daughter of Anthony Ewer, on 5 June 1779.¹ He died on 1 July 1795 at age 66, without issue.¹ He was also reported to have died on 9 July 1795.¹
     He was created 1st Baronet Wood, of Barnsley, co. Yorks [Great Britain] on 22 January 1784, with a special remainder to his father’s issue.¹

     Elizabeth Ewer is the daughter of Anthony Ewer.¹ She married Sir Francis Wood, 1st Bt., son of Francis Wood and Mary Dorothy Palmer, on 5 June 1779.¹
     From 5 June 1779, her married name became Wood.¹

     Anthony Ewer lived at Swine in Holderness, Yorkshire, East Riding, England^G.¹ He lived at Bushey Hall, Hertfordshire, England^G.¹

     Caroline Barker was the daughter of Thomas Barker.¹ She married Captain Sir Charles Wood, son of Francis Wood and Mary Dorothy Palmer, on 6 January 1770.¹ She died on 30 May 1814.¹
     From 6 January 1770, her married name became Wood.¹
