     Mary Mackenzie Downie was the daughter of Alexander Francis Mackenzie Downie.² She married Henry Vaughan Hawkins, son of Reverend Charles Halford Hawkins and Susan Haughton, on 17 May 1906.¹ She died on 26 November 1946.¹
     From 17 May 1906, her married name became Hawkins.

     Henry Francis Vaughan Hawkins was born on 1 July 1912.¹ He was the son of Henry Vaughan Hawkins and Mary Mackenzie Downie.² He died on 14 October 1912.¹

     F/O. Christopher Alexander Vaughan Hawkins was born on 6 January 1917.¹ He was the son of Henry Vaughan Hawkins and Mary Mackenzie Downie.² He died on 21 February 1942 at age 25, killed in action.¹
     He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in the East Surrey Regiment.¹ He gained the rank of Flying Officer in 1940 in the Royal Air Force.¹ He fought in the Second World War between 1940 and 1942.¹

     Susette Henrietta Mary Hawkins was born on 26 July 1907.¹ She is the daughter of Henry Vaughan Hawkins and Mary Mackenzie Downie.² She married Lt.-Col. Theobald Frederick Stephen Church, son of Major Charles Theobald Walsh Church and Emily Blanche Jackson, on 6 September 1937.¹
     From 6 September 1937, her married name became Church.

     Lt.-Col. Theobald Frederick Stephen Church was born on 26 February 1906 at Newton Abbot, Devon, England.² He was the son of Major Charles Theobald Walsh Church and Emily Blanche Jackson.² He married Susette Henrietta Mary Hawkins, daughter of Henry Vaughan Hawkins and Mary Mackenzie Downie, on 6 September 1937.¹ He died in 1984.²
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Sussex Regiment.¹

     Anna Caroline Church was born on 9 April 1938.¹ She is the daughter of Lt.-Col. Theobald Frederick Stephen Church and Susette Henrietta Mary Hawkins.² She married Field Marshal Sir Nigel Thomas Bagnall, son of Lt.-Col. Harry Stephen Bagnall and Marjory May Briggs, on 9 May 1959.¹
     From 9 May 1959, her married name became Bagnall. She lived in 2003.¹

     Lt.-Col. Harry Stephen Bagnall was born on 26 December 1890 at Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.² He was the son of Lt.-Col. Thomas Nock Bagnall and Katharine Henrietta Hendley.² He married Marjory May Briggs, daughter of Harold James Harold Briggs and Jessie May Veevers, on 27 April 1926 at Bangalore, Madras, India.² He died in 1970 at Battle, Sussex, England.²

     Field Marshal Sir Nigel Thomas Bagnall was born on 10 February 1927.² He was the son of Lt.-Col. Harry Stephen Bagnall and Marjory May Briggs.^3,2 He married Anna Caroline Church, daughter of Lt.-Col. Theobald Frederick Stephen Church and Susette Henrietta Mary Hawkins, on 9 May 1959.¹ He died on 8 April 2002 at age 75.²
     He gained the rank of in the 4th/7th Royal Dragoon Guards.¹ He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.) in 1950 and Bar (1953.)¹ He was appointed Commander, Royal Victorian Order (C.V.O.) in 1978.¹ He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.) in 1980.¹ He was appointed Knight Grand Cross, Order of the Bath (G.C.B.) in 1985.¹

     Emma Caroline Bagnall was born on 13 May 1962.¹ She is the daughter of Field Marshal Sir Nigel Thomas Bagnall and Anna Caroline Church.²

     Sarah Jane Bagnall was born on 27 November 1964.¹ She is the daughter of Field Marshal Sir Nigel Thomas Bagnall and Anna Caroline Church.² She married Magnus Andrew Spence, son of Kenneth Magnus Spence and Laila Ilona Noble, on 23 October 1993.²
     From 23 October 1993, her married name became Spence.
