     Sir Iain Andrew Noble of Ardkinglas and Eilean Iarmain, 3rd Bt. was born on 8 September 1935.² He was the son of Sir Andrew Napier Noble of Ardkinglas, 2nd Bt. and Sigrid Michelet.² He married Lucilla Charlotte James Mackenzie, daughter of Colonel Hector Andrew Courtney Mackenzie of Dalmore, on 27 October 1990.² He died on 25 December 2010 at age 75.³
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.² He gained the rank of Lieutenant between 1954 and 1956 in the Argyll & Sutherland Highlanders.² He graduated from University College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1960 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)² He was executive of the Scottish Council (Development and Industry), Edinburgh between 1964 and 1969.² He was joint founder and managing director of Noble Grossart between 1969 and 1972.² He was member of the Edinburgh University Court between 1970 and 1973.² He was proprietor of Fearann Eilean Iarmain and Barony of MacDonald Isle of Skye in 1972.² He was joint founder and chairman of Seaforth Maritime between 1972 and 1978.² He was founder and first charman and trsutee of College of Sabhal Mor Ostaig between 1974 and 1984.² He was chairman of Pràban Ltd, whisky proprietors in 1977.² He was chairman of Noble & Co, merchant bankers between 1980 and 2000 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.² He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Noble, of Ardkinglas and Eilean Iarmain, co. Argyll [U.K., 1923] in 1987.¹ He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1988.² He was recognised by Lord Lyon King of Arms, and matriculated his arms at the Lyons Court on 28 April 1989.² He lived in 2003 at An Lamraig, Eilean Iarmain, Isle of Skye, Scotland.²

     Sir Timothy Peter Noble of Ardkinglas, 4th Bt. was born on 21 December 1943.¹ He is the son of Sir Andrew Napier Noble of Ardkinglas, 2nd Bt. and Sigrid Michelet.² He married Elizabeth Mary Aitken, daughter of Alexander Wallace Aitken, on 18 December 1976.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He graduated from University College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He graduated from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, Île-de-France, France^G, in 1970 with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.)¹ He was admitted to Gray’s Inn entitled to practise as a barrister.¹ He was executive director of Lyle Shipping Glasgow between 1976 and 1983.¹ He was chief executive of Noble Group between 1983 and 2000.¹ He was chairman of Business Archives Council of Scotland between 1986 and 1993.¹ He was director of Murray Global Return Trust plc in 1993.¹ He was chairman of Palmaris Capital plc.¹ He was chairman of Darnaway Venture Capital plc.¹ He lived in 2003 at Ardnahane, Barnton Avenue, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.¹ He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Noble, of Ardkinglas and Eilean Iarmain, co. Argyll [U.K., 1923] on 25 December 2010.

     Alexander Wallace Aitken lived at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland, Edinburgh.¹

     Elizabeth Mary Aitken is the daughter of Alexander Wallace Aitken.² She married Sir Timothy Peter Noble of Ardkinglas, 4th Bt., son of Sir Andrew Napier Noble of Ardkinglas, 2nd Bt. and Sigrid Michelet, on 18 December 1976.¹
     From 18 December 1976, her married name became Noble.

     Lorne Andrew Wallace Noble was born on 13 July 1980.¹ He is the son of Sir Timothy Peter Noble of Ardkinglas, 4th Bt. and Elizabeth Mary Aitken.²
     He was educated at Edinburgh Academy, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.¹ He was with the Scottish Ski Team between 1993 and 2000.¹ He was educated at Oxford Brookes University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹

     Andrew Iain Brunel Noble was born on 10 March 1984.¹ He is the son of Sir Timothy Peter Noble of Ardkinglas, 4th Bt. and Elizabeth Mary Aitken.²
     He was educated at Edinburgh Academy, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.¹ He was with the Scottish Ski Team in 1999.¹

     Sasha Heidi Elizabeth Noble was born on 27 December 1978.¹ She is the daughter of Sir Timothy Peter Noble of Ardkinglas, 4th Bt. and Elizabeth Mary Aitken.²
     She was educated at St. Leonard’s School, St. Andrews, Fife, Scotland^G.¹ She graduated from Bristol University, Bristol, England, with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.)¹

     Laila Ilona Noble was born on 8 September 1937.¹ She is the daughter of Sir Andrew Napier Noble of Ardkinglas, 2nd Bt. and Sigrid Michelet.² She married, firstly, Kenneth Magnus Spence, son of Colonel Patrick Magnus Spence, on 26 September 1958.¹ She married, secondly, George Robert Embelton on 21 July 1995.¹
     From 26 September 1958, her married name became Spence. From 21 July 1995, her married name became Embelton.¹ She lived in 2003 at 15 Millicent Avenue, Toorak, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.¹

     Kenneth Magnus Spence was the son of Colonel Patrick Magnus Spence.² He married Laila Ilona Noble, daughter of Sir Andrew Napier Noble of Ardkinglas, 2nd Bt. and Sigrid Michelet, on 26 September 1958.¹ He died in 1989.¹
