     Raimond Berenger de Lorraine-Harcourt-Armagnac was born in 1647. He was the son of Henri de Elboeuf, Duc de Lorraine-Harcourt-Armagnac and Marguerite Philippe de Cambout-Coislin. He died in 1686.

     Charles de Lorraine-Harcourt-Armagnac, Duc de Lorraine-Marsan was born in 1648. He was the son of Henri de Elboeuf, Duc de Lorraine-Harcourt-Armagnac and Marguerite Philippe de Cambout-Coislin. He married, firstly, Marie Francoise d‘Albret in 1683. He married, secondly, Catherine Therese de Matignon in 1696. He died in 1708.
     He gained the title of Duc de Lorraine-Marsan.

     Marie Francoise d‘Albret was born in 1650. She married Charles de Lorraine-Harcourt-Armagnac, Duc de Lorraine-Marsan, son of Henri de Elboeuf, Duc de Lorraine-Harcourt-Armagnac and Marguerite Philippe de Cambout-Coislin, in 1683. She died in 1692.

     Catherine Therese de Matignon was born in 1662. She married Charles de Lorraine-Harcourt-Armagnac, Duc de Lorraine-Marsan, son of Henri de Elboeuf, Duc de Lorraine-Harcourt-Armagnac and Marguerite Philippe de Cambout-Coislin, in 1696. She died in 1699.

     Armande Henriette de Lorraine-Harcourt-Armagnac was born in 1640. She was the daughter of Henri de Elboeuf, Duc de Lorraine-Harcourt-Armagnac and Marguerite Philippe de Cambout-Coislin. She died in 1684.
     She was the Abbess at Soissons, France^G.

     Veldt-Marshal Godard van Reede, 1st Earl of Athlone was born on 4 June 1644 at Amerongen Castle, Utrecht, The Netherlands^G.¹ He was the son of Godard Adriaan van Reede, 1st Baron van Reede and Margaretha Turnor.¹ He married Urselina Philopota van Raesveld, Vrouwe van Middachten, Roenburg en Nienburg, en Herveld, daughter of Reinier van Raesveld and Margaretha van Leefdael Vrouwe van Romberg en Nienborg, on 26 August 1666 at Ellekom, Gelderland^G.¹ A contract for the marriage of Veldt-Marshal Godard van Reede, 1st Earl of Athlone and Urselina Philopota van Raesveld, Vrouwe van Middachten, Roenburg en Nienburg, en Herveld was signed on 31 July 1666.¹ He died on 11 February 1702/3 at age 58 at Utrecht, The Netherlands^G, from apoplexy.¹ He was buried at Amerongen, The Netherlands^G.¹
     He was Lieutenant General of Cavalry of the forces of the United Provinces on 20 October 1683.¹ He was Lieutenant General and Commander in Chief of the army in Ireland.¹ He fought in the capture of Athlone on 20 June 1691.¹ He fought in the Battle of Aughrim on 12 July 1691.¹ He was naturalized as a as a British subject by Act of Parliament, as Baron de Ginkel on 24 February 1691/92.¹ He was created 1st Baron of Aghrim, co. Galway [Ireland] on 4 March 1691/92.¹ He was created 1st Earl of Athlone, co. Roscommon [Ireland] on 4 March 1691/92.¹ On 13 October 1693 the King granted the forfeited estates (26,841 acres) of William Dongan, Earl of Limerick.¹ On 15 December 1699 Parliament reversed the King’s grant.¹ He was Commander in Chief of the allied armies in Flanders in 1700.¹ He gained the rank of Veldt-Marshal in 1702 in the armies of the States General.¹

     Godard Adriaan van Reede, 1st Baron van Reede was born on 6 January 1621 at Castle Amerongen, Amerongen, The Netherlands^G.² He married Margaretha Turnor, daughter of George Turnor and Salomé van Meetkercken, on 29 August 1643 at Utrecht, The Netherlands^G.^1,2 He died on 9 October 1691 at age 70 at Copenhagen, Denmark^G.^1,2

     Simon I, Duc de Haute-Lorraine was born in 1085.² He was the son of Thierry II, Comte de Lorraine and Hedwig of Formbach.¹ He married Adelaide de Louvain, daughter of Hendrik III Graaf van Louvain and Gertrude van Vlaanderen.² He died on 14 January 1139.²
     He succeeded as the Duc de Lorraine in 1115.¹

     Adelaide de Louvain was born in 1090.² She was the daughter of Hendrik III Graaf van Louvain and Gertrude van Vlaanderen.¹ She married Simon I, Duc de Haute-Lorraine, son of Thierry II, Comte de Lorraine and Hedwig of Formbach.² She died circa 1158.¹
