Stanislas II August Poniatowski, King of Poland was born on 17 January 1732 at Wolczyn, PolandG.3 He was the son of Stanislas Poniatowski and Konstancja Czartoryska.3 He married Elzbieta Szydlowska.3 He died on 12 February 1798 at age 66 at St. Petersburg, RussiaG.1,3
He and Catherine II Sofie Auguste von Anhalt-Zerbst, Tsarina of Russia were associated.3 He succeeded as the King Stanislas II of Poland in 1764.1 He abdicated as King of Poland in 1795.1
