Lt.-Gen. Hon. Philip Sherard was the son of Philip Sherard, 2nd Earl of Harborough and Anne Pedley.1 He died on 14 September 1790, unmarried.1
He gained the rank of Lieutenant-General in the Army.1

Maj.-Gen. George Catchmaid Morgan1 
Maj.-Gen. George Catchmaid Morgan married Lady Frances Sherard, daughter of Bennet Sherard, 3rd Earl of Harborough and Frances Noel, on 18 April 1776 at St. George HAnover Square, London, England.1 He died in July 1823.2
