Sir James Foulis of Colinton, 4th Bt.1 
He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Edinburgh between 1704 and 1707.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Foulis, of Colinton [N.S., 1634] in 1711.1
