     Euphemia Fraser is the daughter of Hugh Fraser, 4th of Lovat and Isobel Wemyss.1,2 She married, firstly, Lachlan Mackintosh, 8th of Mackintosh, son of William Mackintosh, 7th of Mackintosh and Florence Campbell.3 She married, secondly, Sir Walter Innes, 10th of that Ilk, son of Sir Alexander Innes, 9th of that Ilk and Janet de Aberchirder, in 1408.1
     Her married name became Mackintosh. She was also known as Agnes Fraser.3 From 1408, her married name became Innes.1

     Hugh Fraser, 4th of Lovat was the son of Sir Alexander Fraser, 3rd of Lovat and unknown daughter Moray.2 He married Isobel Wemyss.3 He died circa 1409.3
     He had the territorial Baron of Kynnell and Linton, which latter he resigned with the remnant of his lands in Tweeddale.3
