     Lancelot Burrell was the son of Joseph Burrell.¹ He married Ruth Agnes Clarke, daughter of Henry Hugh Rose Clarke and Rachel Hill Duncan, on 30 April 1931.¹ He died on 28 September 1938.¹
     He was appointed Fellow, Royal College of Surgeons (F.R.C.S.)¹ He graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)¹ He had two daughters.¹
