     Hon. Jane Asquith was born on 3 July 1922.² She was the daughter of Cyril Asquith, Baron Asquith of Bishopstone and Anne Stephanie Pollock.¹ She died in 1978.²

     Johanna von Montfort was born in 1678. She married Karl Meinrad II Prinz von Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen, son of Maximilian I Prinz von Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen and Marie Clara Gravin van den Berg, in 1700. She died in 1759.

     Hon. Frances Rose Asquith was born on 4 October 1925.² She was the daughter of Cyril Asquith, Baron Asquith of Bishopstone and Anne Stephanie Pollock.¹ She married Rt. Hon. John Frederick Eustace Stephenson, son of Sir Guy Stephenson and Gwendolen Talbot, on 8 December 1951.² She died on 22 May 2020 at age 94.³
     Hon. Frances Rose Asquith usually went by her middle name of Rose.² From 8 December 1951, her married name became Stephenson.⁴ She lived in 2003 at 26 Doneraile Street, London, England.²

     Marie Prinzessin von Oettingen-Spielberg was born in 1703. She married Joseph Graf von Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen, son of Karl Meinrad II Prinz von Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen and Johanna von Montfort, in 1722. She died in 1737.

     Judith Gräfin von Closen was born in 1718. She married Joseph Graf von Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen, son of Karl Meinrad II Prinz von Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen and Johanna von Montfort, in 1738. She died in 1743.

     Theresia Gräfin von Waldburg-Trauchburg was born in 1696. She married Joseph Graf von Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen, son of Karl Meinrad II Prinz von Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen and Johanna von Montfort, in 1743. She died in 1761.

     Walter Aston, 1st Lord Aston of Forfar was baptised on 9 July 1584 at Charlecote, Warwickshire, England^G.¹ He was the son of Sir Edward Aston and Anne Lucy.¹ He married, firstly, Anne Barnes before 1600.³ He married, secondly, Gertrude Sadleir, daughter of Sir Thomas Sadleir and Gertrude Markham, circa 1607.¹ He died on 13 August 1639 at age 55.¹ He was buried at St. Mary’s, Stafford, England^G.⁴ His will was proven (by probate) on 31 October 1639.⁴
     He was appointed Knight Bachelor on 25 July 1603.¹ He held the office of Gentleman of the Privy Chamber to King Charles I.⁵ He was created 1st Baronet Aston, of Tixall, co. Stafford [England] on 22 May 1611.^1,5 He held the office of Ambassador to Spain between 1620 and 1625.¹ He became a Roman Catholic.¹ He was created 1st Lord Aston of Forfar [Scotland] on 28 November 1627, as a reward for his services in negotiating the marriage of Charles, Prince of Wales to the Infanta of Spain. Remainder was to him and his heirs male carrying the name of Aston.¹ He held the office of Ambassador to Spain between 1635 and 1638.¹ His last will was dated 3 June 1635. He lived at Tixall, Staffordshire, England^G.¹ He has an extensive biographical entry in the Dictionary of National Biography.⁶
     

     Sir Edward Aston was the son of Sir Walter Aston and Elizabeth Leveson.² He married, secondly, Anne Lucy, daughter of Sir Thomas Lucy and Joyce Acton. He died on 1 February 1596/97.¹
     His estates exceeded the annual value of £10,000.¹ He lived at Tixall, Staffordshire, England^G.³

     Anne Lucy was the daughter of Sir Thomas Lucy and Joyce Acton.^1,2 She married Sir Edward Aston, son of Sir Walter Aston and Elizabeth Leveson.
     Her married name became Aston.¹

     Marie Katharina Gräfin von Waldburg-Zeil was born in 1702. She married Franz Wilhelm Graf von Hohenzollern-s’Heerenberg, son of Karl Meinrad II Prinz von Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen and Johanna von Montfort, in 1724. She died in 1739.
