     Abraham William Elton was born on 27 September 1995.¹ He is the son of Sir Charles Abraham Grierson Elton, 11th Bt. and Lucy Lauris Heller.²

     Lotte Caroline Elton was born on 15 August 1993.¹ She is the daughter of Sir Charles Abraham Grierson Elton, 11th Bt. and Lucy Lauris Heller.²

     Thomas Elton was born in 1573 at Ledbury, Herefordshire, England^G.¹ He was the son of Antony Elton.¹ He married Jane Aston, daughter of Sir Edward Aston.¹ He died in 1618 at Bath, Somerset, England^G.¹
     He was a physician.¹

     Sir Abraham Elton, 1st Bt. was baptised on 3 July 1654.¹ He was the son of Isaac Elton and Elizabeth (?)³ He married Mary Jefferies, daughter of Robert Jefferies, on 11 September 1676.¹ He died on 9 February 1727/28 at age 73.³
     He was Master Merchant Venturer in 1708 at Bristol, England^G.¹ He held the office of Mayor of Bristol in 1710.¹ In 1715 he helped suppress the Jacobites.¹ He held the office of Sheriff of Gloucestershire in 1716.¹ He was created 1st Baronet Elton, of Bristol [Great Britain] on 31 October 1717.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Bristol between 1722 and 1727.¹ He lived at Whitestaunton Manors, Somerset, England^G.¹ He lived at Clevedon Court, Winford, Cheshire, England^G.¹
