     Sir Edward Aston was born in 1496 at Tixall, Staffordshire, England^G.¹ He was the son of Sir John Aston and Joan Lyttelton.¹ He married Jane Bowles, daughter of Thomas Bowles and Maud Morgan.² He died on 8 September 1568 at Tixall, Staffordshire, England.²
     He lived at Tixall, Staffordshire, England^G.³

     Jane Bowles was born in 1496 at Gwent Is Coed, Monmouthshire, Wales^G.¹ She was the daughter of Thomas Bowles and Maud Morgan.¹ She married Sir Edward Aston, son of Sir John Aston and Joan Lyttelton.² She died on 15 September 1565 at Tixall, Staffordshire, England^G.¹
     Her married name became Aston.²
