     Anne Western was the daughter of Robert Western.3 She married Hugh Hume-Campbell, 3rd Earl of Marchmont, son of Alexander Hume-Campbell, 2nd Earl of Marchmont and Margaret Campbell, on 1 May 1731.1 She died on 9 May 1747.1
     From 1 May 1731, her married name became Hume-Campbell.1 After her marriage, Anne Western was styled as Countess of Marchmont on 27 February 1739/40.
