     Sir Michael John Assheton Eardley-Wilmot, 6th Bt. was born on 13 January 1941.1 He was the son of Sir John Assheton Eardley-Wilmot, 5th Bt. and Diana Elizabeth Moore.2 He married, firstly, Wendy Wolstenholme, daughter of Anthony John Wolstenholme, on 10 July 1971.1 He and Wendy Wolstenholme were divorced in 1987.1 He married, secondly, Diana Margaret Wallis, daughter of Robert Graham Wallis, in 1987.1 He died on 15 November 2014 at age 73.3
     He was educated at Clifton College, Clifton, Bristol, EnglandG.1 He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Eardley-Wilmot, of Berkswell Hall, co. Warwick [U.K., 1821] on 20 December 1995.2 He was appointed Fellow, Royal Society of Arts (F.R.S.A.)1
