Richard Arthur William Dobbs1 
Richard Arthur William Dobbs was born on 21 November 1912.1 He was the son of Richard Conway Dobbs and Marion Hamilton Bowen Powell.3 He married Ann Elizabeth Stoker, daughter of Irving Noel Thornley Stoker, on 25 April 1936.1 He died on 31 January 1939 at age 26, killed in a flying accident off Alexandria (from H.M.S. Glorious).1
He was also known as Peter.1 He was educated at Royal Naval College, Dartmouth, Devon, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Navy.1
