     Mary Blakiston was born in 1862 at Shelton, Staffordshire, England.² She was the daughter of Matthew Folliott Blakiston and Elizabeth Mason.¹ She married Robert Anthony Synge, son of John Hatch Synge and Kathleen Trail, in August 1895.¹ She died on 5 October 1930.¹
     She graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G, with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.A.I.)¹ From August 1895, her married name became Synge.¹

     Edward Synge was born on 10 November 1859.¹ He was the son of John Hatch Synge and Kathleen Trail.¹ He married Ellen Frances Price, daughter of James Price and Frances Alicia Peebles, on 11 September 1885.¹ He died on 14 April 1939 at age 79.¹

     Ellen Frances Price was born on 3 March 1861 at Dundalk, County Louth, Ireland.² She was the daughter of James Price and Frances Alicia Peebles.^1,2 She married Edward Synge, son of John Hatch Synge and Kathleen Trail, on 11 September 1885.¹ She died on 14 August 1935 at age 74.¹
     From 11 September 1885, her married name became Synge.¹

     James Price was born on 1 December 1855.² He was the son of James Price and Frances Alicia Peebles.² He married Annie Langley Navin Armstrong at Castle Caldwell, County Fermanagh, Ireland.² He died on 28 September 1936 at age 80.² He was buried at Rushbrooke, County Cork, Ireland.²

     Basil Synge was the son of John Hatch Synge and Kathleen Trail.¹ He died, young.¹

     Kathleen Synge was the daughter of John Hatch Synge and Kathleen Trail.¹ She died, young.¹

     Annie Isabella Synge was born on 27 March 1863.¹ She was the daughter of John Hatch Synge and Kathleen Trail.¹ She married Henry Francis Stephens on 23 January 1884.¹ She died on 11 January 1949 at age 85.¹
     From 23 January 1884, her married name became Stephens.¹

     Henry Francis Stephens married Annie Isabella Synge, daughter of John Hatch Synge and Kathleen Trail, on 23 January 1884.¹ He died on 23 December 1935.¹
     He was a practising Solicitor.¹ He lived at Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G.¹

     Cicely Barbara Aileen Synge was born on 8 August 1889.¹ She was the daughter of Robert Anthony Synge and Mary Blakiston.¹ She died on 27 October 1891 at age 2.¹

     Kathleen Frances Anne Synge was born on 1 July 1896.¹ She was the daughter of Robert Anthony Synge and Mary Blakiston.¹ She died on 22 March 1954 at age 57, unmarried.¹
