     Rafela del Gardo was born circa 1757.¹ She was the daughter of Don Miguel del Gardo.¹ She married Major Sir William Boothby, 7th Bt., son of Sir Brooke Boothby, 5th Bt. and Phoebe Hollins, on 14 May 1781.¹ She died circa March 1829 at Edwinstow, Nottinghamshire, England^G.¹ She was buried on 30 March 1829 at Ashbourne, Derbyshire, England^G.¹
     Her married name became Boothby.

     Don Miguel del Gardo lived at Mahon, Minorca, Spain^G.¹

     Sir Brooke Boothby, 5th Bt. was baptised on 8 November 1710 at Ashbourne, Derbyshire, England^G.¹ He was the son of Brooke Boothby and Elizabeth Fitzherbert.¹ He married, firstly, Anne Byard on 13 October 1737.¹ He married, secondly, Phoebe Hollins, daughter of William Hollins, in 1742.¹ He died on 9 April 1789 at age 78.¹ He was buried on 16 April 1789 at Ashbourne, Derbyshire, England^G.¹
     He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Boothby, of Broadlow Ash, co. Derby [E., 1660] on 15 April 1787.¹

     Phoebe Hollins was born on 4 October 1716.¹ She was the daughter of William Hollins.¹ She married Sir Brooke Boothby, 5th Bt., son of Brooke Boothby and Elizabeth Fitzherbert, in 1742.¹ She died on 5 May 1788 at age 71 at Lichfield, Staffordshire, England^G.¹ She was buried on 11 May 1789 at Ashbourne, Derbyshire, England^G.¹
     Her married name became Boothby.

     William Hollins lived at Mosely, Staffordshire, England^G.¹

     Sir Brooke Boothby, 6th Bt. was born on 3 June 1744.¹ He was baptised on 4 June 1744 at Ashbourne, Derbyshire, England^G.¹ He was the son of Sir Brooke Boothby, 5th Bt. and Phoebe Hollins.¹ He married Susanna Bristoe, daughter of Robert Bristoe and Susanna Philipson, in 1784.¹ He died on 23 January 1824 at age 79 at Boulogne, France^G.¹ He was buried on 13 February 1824 at Ashbourne, Derbyshire, England^G.¹
     He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Boothby, of Broadlow Ash, co. Derby [E., 1660] on 9 April 1789.¹ He wrote the book Sorrows sacred to the memory of Penelope, published 1796, a collection of poems.¹

     Susanna Bristoe was the daughter of Robert Bristoe and Susanna Philipson.¹ She married Sir Brooke Boothby, 6th Bt., son of Sir Brooke Boothby, 5th Bt. and Phoebe Hollins, in 1784.¹ She died before June 1823.¹ Her will was proven (by probate) on 5 June 1823.¹
     From before 1785, her married name became Boothby.

     Robert Bristoe lived at Mitcheldever, Hampshire, England^G.¹

     Penelope Boothby was born on 11 April 1785.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Brooke Boothby, 6th Bt. and Susanna Bristoe.¹ She died on 19 March 1791 at age 5.¹

     Brooke Boothby was baptised on 8 January 1670.² He was the son of Sir William Boothby, 1st Bt. and Hon. Hill Brooke.¹ He married, secondly, Elizabeth Fitzherbert, daughter of John Fitzherbert.¹ He married, firstly, Anne Cavendish, daughter of Henry Cavendish and Mary Tyrrell.² He died circa October 1727.¹ He was buried on 10 October 1727 at Ashbourne, Derbyshire, England^G.¹
