     Colonel Robert Carey, 6th Baron Hunsdon of Hunsdon was born before 1652.¹ He was the son of Colonel Sir Horatio Carey and Pernel Harrington.¹ He married Margaret Clifton, daughter of Sir Gervase Clifton, 1st Bt. and Lady Frances Clifford, after 1659.¹ He died in 1692 at La Hogue, Normandy, France^G.¹
     He succeeded as the 6th Baron Hunsdon of Hunsdon, co. Hertford [E., 1559] on 26 May 1677.¹ He gained the rank of Colonel in November 1688 in the 12th Foot.¹

     Elisabeth Prinzessin von Meißen was born on 22 November 1329.¹ She was the daughter of Friedrich II Markgraf von Meißen and Mathilde von Wittelsbach. She married Friedrich V Markgraf von Brandenburg, son of Johann II Burggraf von Nürnberg and Elisabeth Gräfin von Henneberg, in 1350.¹ She died on 21 April 1375 at age 45.¹

     Friedrich III Markgraf von Meißen was born on 14 October 1332. He was the son of Friedrich II Markgraf von Meißen and Mathilde von Wittelsbach. He married Catherine von Henneberg-Schleusingen, daughter of Heinrich XII Graf von Henneberg-Schleusingen and Jutta von Brandenburg, circa 1346. He died on 25 May 1381 at age 48.
     Friedrich III Markgraf von Meißen also went by the nick-name of Friedrich ‘the Valiant’. He gained the title of Markgraf von Meißen. He gained the title of Landgraf von Thüringen.

     Jean I, Duc de Lorraine was born circa 1346. He was the son of Rudolf, Duc de Lorraine and Marie de Châtillon.² He married Sophie von Württemberg, daughter of Eberhard II Graf von Württemberg and Elisabeth von Henneberg-Schleusingen, on 16 December 1361. He died on 27 September 1390.
     He succeeded as the Duc de Lorraine in 1346.¹

     Sophie von Württemberg was born circa 1343. She was the daughter of Eberhard II Graf von Württemberg and Elisabeth von Henneberg-Schleusingen.¹ She married Jean I, Duc de Lorraine, son of Rudolf, Duc de Lorraine and Marie de Châtillon, on 16 December 1361. She died circa 1369.

     Rudolf, Duc de Lorraine was born circa 1318. He was the son of Frederic IV, Duc de Lorraine and Elisabeth von Habsburg.¹ He married, firstly, Eleonore de Bar, daughter of Edward de Bar, Comte de Bar, in 1329. He married, secondly, Marie de Châtillon, daughter of Guy I de Châtillon, Comte de Blois and Marguerite de Valois, in 1334. He died on 28 August 1346 at Crécy, France^G, killed in action.
     He succeeded as the Duc de Lorraine in 1329.¹ He fought in the Battle of Crécy on 28 August 1346.

     Marie de Châtillon was the daughter of Guy I de Châtillon, Comte de Blois and Marguerite de Valois.¹ She married Rudolf, Duc de Lorraine, son of Frederic IV, Duc de Lorraine and Elisabeth von Habsburg, in 1334. She died on 19 May 1363.¹

     Eberhard II Graf von Württemberg was born circa 1315. He was the son of Ulrich III Graf von Württemberg.² He married Elisabeth von Henneberg-Schleusingen, daughter of Heinrich XII Graf von Henneberg-Schleusingen and Jutta von Brandenburg. He died on 15 March 1392.
     Eberhard II Graf von Württemberg also went by the nick-name of Eberhard ‘the Quarrelsome’.² He gained the title of Graf von Württemberg in 1362.²

     Elisabeth von Henneberg-Schleusingen was the daughter of Heinrich XII Graf von Henneberg-Schleusingen and Jutta von Brandenburg. She married Eberhard II Graf von Württemberg, son of Ulrich III Graf von Württemberg. She died on 30 March 1389.

     Heinrich XII Graf von Henneberg-Schleusingen was born circa 1287. He was the son of Berthold VII von Henneberg-Schleusingen and Adelheid von Hessen.¹ He married Jutta von Brandenburg, daughter of Hermann I Markgraf von Brandenburg and Anna von Habsburg, in 1316. He died on 10 September 1347.
     He gained the title of Graf von Henneberg-Schleusingen.
