     Hon. Elizabeth Susan Douglas-Scott-Montagu was born on 26 September 1909.¹ She was the daughter of Brig.-Gen. John Walter Edward Douglas-Scott-Montagu, 2nd Baron Montagu of Beaulieu and Lady Cecil Victoria Constance Kerr.^2,1 She married Colonel Arthur Noel Claude Varley, son of Reverend John Edwin Varley, on 29 August 1962.¹ She died on 6 May 2002 at age 92.¹
     Her married name became Varley.

     Colonel Arthur Noel Claude Varley was the son of Reverend John Edwin Varley.¹ He married Hon. Elizabeth Susan Douglas-Scott-Montagu, daughter of Brig.-Gen. John Walter Edward Douglas-Scott-Montagu, 2nd Baron Montagu of Beaulieu and Lady Cecil Victoria Constance Kerr, on 29 August 1962.¹ He died in 1985.¹
     He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.)¹

     Reverend John Edwin Varley was the Vicar at Long Ashton, Somerset, England^G.¹

     Edward John Barrington Douglas-Scott-Montagu, 3rd Baron Montagu of Beaulieu was born on 20 October 1926.² He was the son of Brig.-Gen. John Walter Edward Douglas-Scott-Montagu, 2nd Baron Montagu of Beaulieu and Alice Pearl Crake.^2,3 He married, firstly, Elizabeth Belinda Crossley, daughter of Captain Hon. John de Bathe Crossley and Sybelle Winifred Louisa Drummond, on 11 April 1959.² He and Elizabeth Belinda Crossley were divorced in 1974.² He married, secondly, Fiona Margaret Herbert, daughter of Richard Lionel Deane Herbert, in 1974.² He died on 31 August 2015 at age 88 at Beaulieu, Hampshire, England.⁴
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baron Montagu of Beaulieu, co. Southampton [U.K., 1885] on 30 March 1929.² He was educated at Ridley College, Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada^G.² He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.² He gained the rank of Lieutenant between 1945 and 1948 in the Grenadier Guards.² He was educated at New College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.² He was founder of the Montagu Motor Museum Beaulieu.² He was editor and publisher of The Veteran and Vintage between 1956 and 1979.²

     Elizabeth Belinda Crossley was born on 11 January 1932.² She was the daughter of Captain Hon. John de Bathe Crossley and Sybelle Winifred Louisa Drummond.³ She married Edward John Barrington Douglas-Scott-Montagu, 3rd Baron Montagu of Beaulieu, son of Brig.-Gen. John Walter Edward Douglas-Scott-Montagu, 2nd Baron Montagu of Beaulieu and Alice Pearl Crake, on 11 April 1959.³ She and Edward John Barrington Douglas-Scott-Montagu, 3rd Baron Montagu of Beaulieu were divorced in 1974.³ She died on 15 December 2022 at age 90.⁴
     Elizabeth Belinda Crossley usually went by her middle name of Belinda.³ After her marriage, Elizabeth Belinda Crossley was styled as Baroness Montagu of Beaulieu on 11 April 1959. From 11 April 1959, her married name became Douglas-Scott-Montagu.

     Captain Hon. John de Bathe Crossley was born on 3 February 1893. He was the son of Savile Brinton Crossley, 1st Baron Somerleyton and Phyllis de Bathe.² He married, firstly, Dorothy Frances Cayley, daughter of Sir George Everard Arthur Cayley, 9th Bt. and Lady Mary Susan Montagu-Stuart-Wortley, on 10 September 1918.¹ He and Dorothy Frances Cayley were divorced in 1930.¹ He married, secondly, Sybelle Winifred Louisa Drummond, daughter of Major Cyril Augustus Drummond and Edith Belle Wilkins, on 27 November 1930.² He died on 24 June 1935 at age 42.²
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 108th Suffolk and Norfolk Field Brigade (TAR.)² He fought in the First World War, in Gallipoli, Palestine and Flanders.² He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Suffolk.²

     Robin Pleydell-Bouverie was born on 16 June 1937.¹ He was the son of Captain Hon. Edward Pleydell-Bouverie and Alice Pearl Crake.¹ He married, firstly, Anne-Louise Durham, daughter of Cecil Frank Drury-Lowe Bruce Durham and Olivia Frances Kinsella Robinson, on 2 June 1960.¹ He and Anne-Louise Durham were divorced in 1975.¹ He married, secondly, Felicity Ruth Downer, daughter of David Towers Downer, on 21 December 1978.² He died on 9 December 2021 at age 84.³
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England.¹ He lived in 2003 at 20 Manson Mews, London, England.¹

     Anne-Louise Durham was born on 17 January 1940. She was the daughter of Cecil Frank Drury-Lowe Bruce Durham and Olivia Frances Kinsella Robinson.¹ She married Robin Pleydell-Bouverie, son of Captain Hon. Edward Pleydell-Bouverie and Alice Pearl Crake, on 2 June 1960.² She and Robin Pleydell-Bouverie were divorced in 1975.² She died on 3 January 1996 at age 55, from a cerebral haemorrhage.²
     Her married name became Pleydell-Bouverie.

     Cecil Ord Durham was born in 1867 at India.¹ He was the son of William Bruce Durham and Annabella Richard Campbell.¹ He married Lucy Anne Drury-Lowe, daughter of William Drury Nathaniel Drury-Lowe and Lady Lucy Jane Needham, on 16 July 1904 at St. Paul’s, Knightsbridge, London, England.¹

     Hon. Bartholemew Pleydell-Bouverie was born on 6 April 1902.² He was the son of Jacob Pleydell-Bouverie, 6th Earl of Radnor and Julian Eleanor Adelaide Balfour.^1,2 He married, firstly, Lady Doreen Clare Hely Hutchinson, daughter of Richard Walter John Hely Hutchinson, 6th Earl of Donoughmore of Knocklofty and Elena Maria Grace, on 11 July 1927.¹ He married, secondly, Katherine Tod, daughter of Robert E. Tod, on 22 January 1949.² He died on 31 October 1965 at age 63.²
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England.² He graduated from Magdalen College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1924 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)² He fought in the Second World War.² He gained the rank of Temporary Major in the Grenadier Guards.² He lived at Syosset, Long Island, New York, U.S.A.^G.
