     He lived at Antigua.¹ He held the office of President of the Council [Antigua].¹

     Rachel Thibou is the daughter of Jacob Thibou and Dorothy Blizard.¹ She married Thomas Jarvis, son of Thomas Jarvis and Jane Moll.¹

     Thomas Jarvis was baptised on 6 December 1750 at St. John’s, Antigua.¹ He was the son of Thomas Jarvis and Rachel Thibou.¹ He married, firstly, Jane Whitehead on 8 September 1782 at St. John’s, Antigua.¹ He married, secondly, Mary Elizabeth Shepherd Freeman Blackwell, daughter of Ebenezer Blackwell and Mary Eden, on 27 February 1801 at St. Thomas’s, Winchester, Hampshire, England.¹ He died on 23 February 1805 at age 54 at Bath, Somerset, England.¹
     He lived at Laverstoke House, Hampshire, England^G.²
