     She was educated at Girton House Girls’ Grammar School, Adelaide, South Australia, Australia^G.² She graduated from University of Adelaide, Adelaide, South Australia, Australia^G, in 1927 with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)² She was admitted to South Australian Bar on 17 December 1927.² From 24 July 1930, her married name became Miller. She gained the rank of Acting Section Officer in 1941 in the Women’s Australian Auxiliary Air Force.² She gained the rank of Temporary Squadron Officer in 1942.² She held the office of Member of the Hobart City Council between 1952 and 1972.² She held the office of Member of the Legislative Council (M.L.C.)
