     From 8 January 1856, her married name became Burke.¹

     Margaret Makgill is the daughter of Sir David Makgill of Rankeillour and Elizabeth Ruthven.¹ She married John Skene, 3rd of Hallyards, son of Sir Alexander Skene, 2nd of Hallyards and Barbara Forbes, on 4 February 1653.²
     From 4 February 1653, her married name became Skene.¹

     Helena Mary Ray Palmer was the daughter of Henry Pollard Palmer.² She married Sir Henry Farnham Burke, son of Sir John Bernard Burke and Barbara Frances MacEvoy, on 23 April 1885.¹ She died on 1 April 1955.¹
     From 23 April 1885, her married name became Burke.¹ On 18 May 1931 her name was legally changed to Farnham-Burke by Deed Poll.¹

     Ashworth Peter Burke was born on 8 September 1864.¹ He was the son of Sir John Bernard Burke and Barbara Frances MacEvoy.² He died on 6 August 1919 at age 54, unmarried.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 1st Battalion, Royal Irish Rifles.¹ He was Aide-de-Camp to Lord Lieutenant of Ireland.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Irish Rifles.¹ He edited the book The Peerage and other works.¹

     John Edward Burke was born on 19 March 1868.¹ He was the son of Sir John Bernard Burke and Barbara Frances MacEvoy.² He died on 9 March 1909 at age 40, unmarried.¹
     He held the office of Athlone Pursuivant of Arms.¹

     Major Arthur Meredyth Burke was born on 17 August 1872.¹ He was the son of Sir John Bernard Burke and Barbara Frances MacEvoy.² He married Gertrude Caulfield, daughter of James Francis Caulfield, on 9 January 1900.¹ He died on 7 April 1920 at age 47.¹
     He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Artillery.¹ He wrote the book Key to the Ancient Parish Registers of England and Wales.¹ He was appointed Fellow, Society of Antiquaries (F.S.A.)¹ He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Artillery.³ He was Aide-de-Camp to the General Officer Commanding, Aldershot District between 1914 and 1915.¹ He gained the rank of Staff-Captain between 1915 and 1916 in the British Expeditionary Force.¹ He was Temporary Major and Deputy Assistant Director, War Office in 1919.¹
