     Eliza Anne Spencer-Stanhope was born on 20 April 1826.1 She was the daughter of John Spencer Stanhope and Lady Elizabeth Wilhelmina Coke.1 She married Reverend Richard St. John Tyrwhitt, son of Robert Philip Tyrwhitt and Catharine Wigley St. John, on 28 June 1858.2 She died on 8 September 1859 at age 33, in childbirth.2
     From 28 June 1858, her married name became Tyrwhitt.
