     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for County Sligo in 1633.1 He lived at Lissadorn Castle, County Roscommon, IrelandG.1 He was ancestor of the Croftons of Lisdorne, Croftons of Lakefield and the Crofton-Atkins.1
