     Sir Hugh Richard Hoare, 4th Bt. was born on 27 November 1787.1 He was the son of Sir Henry Hugh Hoare, 3rd Bt. and Maria Palmer Acland.3 He married Anne Tyrwhitt-Drake, daughter of Thomas Tyrwhitt-Drake and Anne Wickham, on 22 April 1819.1 He died on 10 January 1857 at age 69, without issue.1
     He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Hoare, of Barn Elms, co. Surrey [G.B., 1786] on 17 August 1841.1

     Thomas Tyrwhitt-Drake was the son of Rt. Hon. Dr. William Drake and Elizabeth Raworth.2 He married Anne Wickham, daughter of Reverend William Wickham and Ann Lawrance, on 8 August 1780.2 He died in 1810.3
     He lived at Shardeloes, Buckinghamshire, EnglandG.1 He was awarded the honorary degree of Doctor of Law (LL.D.)1 His name was legally changed to Thomas Tyrwhitt-Drake.2 He was given the name of Thomas Drake at birth.2 His name was legally changed to Thomas Tyrwhitt.2

     From 22 April 1819, her married name became Hoare.1
