     Henry Davie Ferguson was born in 1825.¹ He was the son of General Sir Henry Robert Ferguson Davie, 1st Bt. and Frances Juliana Davie.² He died in 1850.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Rifle Brigade.¹

     Sir John Davie Ferguson Davie, 2nd Bt. was born on 27 October 1830.¹ He was the son of General Sir Henry Robert Ferguson Davie, 1st Bt. and Frances Juliana Davie.² He married Edwina Augusta Williams, daughter of Sir James Hamlyn-Williams, 3rd Bt. and Lady Mary Fortescue, on 17 March 1857.¹ He died on 16 June 1907 at age 76.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in 1855 in the Grenadier Guards.¹ He fought in the Crimean War in 1855.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Devon.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Barnstaple between 1859 and 1865.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Carmarthenshire.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Carmarthenshire.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Devon.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Somerset.¹ He held the office of High Sheriff of Carmarthshire in 1873.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the 1st Devon Militia.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Ferguson Davie, of Creedy, co. Devon [U.K., 1847] on 30 November 1885.¹

     Rt. Rev. George Wyndham Hamilton Knight-Bruce was born on 23 May 1852.² He was the son of Lewis Bruce Knight-Bruce and Caroline Margaret Eliza Newte.² He married Louisa Torr, daughter of John Torr, on 21 August 1878.² He died in 1896.²
     He held the office of Bishop of Bloemfontein between 1886 and 1891.² He graduated with a Doctor of Divinity (D.D.)¹ He held the office of Bishop of Mashonaland between 1891 and 1895.¹ He was Vicar between 1895 and 1896 at Bovey Tracey, Devon, England.²

     Edwina Augusta Williams was born between 1833 and 1834 at Clovelly Court, Devon, England^G.² She was the daughter of Sir James Hamlyn-Williams, 3rd Bt. and Lady Mary Fortescue.^3,2 She married Sir John Davie Ferguson Davie, 2nd Bt., son of General Sir Henry Robert Ferguson Davie, 1st Bt. and Frances Juliana Davie, on 17 March 1857.¹ She died on 15 August 1889.¹
     From 17 March 1857, her married name became Ferguson Davie.

     Mary Fanny Ferguson Davie was born in October 1857.¹ She was the daughter of Sir John Davie Ferguson Davie, 2nd Bt. and Edwina Augusta Williams.² She died, in infancy.¹

     Major John Horace Wyndham Knight-Bruce was born on 29 October 1885.² He was the son of Rt. Rev. George Wyndham Hamilton Knight-Bruce and Louisa Torr.^1,2 He married Eleanor Blanche Daphne Naylor, daughter of Charles Topham Naylor, on 9 July 1918.¹ He died on 31 August 1951 at age 65.¹
     He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Warwickshire Regiment.¹

     Reverend Charles Robert Ferguson Davie was born on 20 June 1836.¹ He was the son of General Sir Henry Robert Ferguson Davie, 1st Bt. and Frances Juliana Davie.² He married Anne Clarissa Andrews, daughter of Biggs Andrews and Helen Gibson-Craig, on 2 August 1866 at St. Thomas, Devon, England^G.^1,3 He died on 6 April 1887 at age 50 at Loddon, Norfolk, England^G.^1,3
     He graduated from Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was the Rector at Yelverton, Norfolk, England^G.¹

     Biggs Andrews was born on 12 January 1795 at Mildenhall, Sussex, England^G.² He married Helen Gibson-Craig, daughter of Sir James Gibson-Craig of Riccarton, 1st Bt. and Anne Thomson, on 22 September 1834 at Currie, Midlothian, Scotland^G.² He died in 1880 at St. Thomas, Devon, England^G.²
     He was appointed Queen’s Counsel (Q.C.)¹ He lived at Heavitree House, Devon, England^G.¹

     Anne Clarissa Andrews was born circa 1835.² She was the daughter of Biggs Andrews and Helen Gibson-Craig.^3,1 She married Reverend Charles Robert Ferguson Davie, son of General Sir Henry Robert Ferguson Davie, 1st Bt. and Frances Juliana Davie, on 2 August 1866 at St. Thomas, Devon, England^G.^1,2 She died on 18 September 1889 at Loddon, Norfolk, England^G.^1,2
     From 2 August 1866, her married name became Ferguson Davie.¹
