John Grey, son of Charles Grey, 2nd Earl Grey and Hon. Mary Elizabeth Ponsonby, on 11 April 1874.1 She died on 24 December 1907 at age 75 at Hillington, London, England.1 She was buried at Houghton Hillside Cemtery, Houghton-le-Spring, County Durham, EnglandG.3
     From 11 April 1874, her married name became Grey.1
