     Captain William Falcon Skelton was the son of Engineer Vice-Admiral Sir Reginald Skelton.2 He married Beatrice Louisa Frances Noel, daughter of Gambier Baptist Edward Noel and Beatrice Eva Tytler Byng, on 14 May 1943.1 He died on 4 January 1996.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.1
