     Lieutenant Donald Spencer Nuttall was born in 1922 at Clitheroe, Lancashire, England.² He was the son of Major Ellis Nuttall.³ He married Agnes Virginia Irvine-Fortescue, daughter of Colonel Archer Irvine-Fortescue and Ruth Olive Boddington, on 29 December 1944.¹ He died on 14 March 1945, killed in action.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Artillery.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹

     Reverend John Faithful Irvine-Fortescue was born on 6 June 1883.¹ He was the son of William Archer Irvine-Fortescue and Edith Virginia Duguid.² He married Anne Souter, daughter of Joseph Brockhurst Souter, on 17 April 1917.¹ He died on 6 September 1957 at age 74.¹
     He was educated at Aberdeen University, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Scotland^G.¹ He was the Minister at Caldwell, Ayrshire, Scotland^G.¹ He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in 1915 in the Royal Army Service Corps.¹

     Joseph Brockhurst Souter lived at Newhaven, Sussex, England^G, Newhaven.¹

     Anne Souter was the daughter of Joseph Brockhurst Souter.² She married Reverend John Faithful Irvine-Fortescue, son of William Archer Irvine-Fortescue and Edith Virginia Duguid, on 17 April 1917.¹ She died in 1976.¹
     From 17 April 1917, her married name became Irvine-Fortescue.

     Francis John Irvine-Fortescue was born on 10 October 1926.¹ He was the son of Reverend John Faithful Irvine-Fortescue and Anne Souter.² He died on 15 January 1929 at age 2.¹

     Hugh William Irvine-Fortescue was born on 14 September 1930.¹ He was the son of Reverend John Faithful Irvine-Fortescue and Anne Souter.² He married Patricia Anne Elizabeth Dudgeon, daughter of Francis John Dudgeon, on 18 March 1967.¹ He died on 9 October 2002 at age 72.¹
     Hugh William Irvine-Fortescue usually went by his middle name of William.¹ He was educated at Glasgow Academy, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Scotland^G.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant and Paymaster between 1954 and 1956 in the Royal Army Pay Corps, British Army of the Rhine.¹ He graduated from University of Glasgow, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Scotland^G, in 1961 with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.)¹ He was registered as a Chartered Engineer (C.Eng.)¹ He was registered as a Member, Institute of Electrical Engineering (M.I.E.E.) in 1968.¹

     Francis John Dudgeon lived at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland^G.¹

     Patricia Anne Elizabeth Dudgeon was the daughter of Francis John Dudgeon.² She married Hugh William Irvine-Fortescue, son of Reverend John Faithful Irvine-Fortescue and Anne Souter, on 18 March 1967.¹ She died on 6 October 2020.³
     From 18 March 1967, her married name became Irvine-Fortescue. She lived in 2003 at Eildon, 1 Broomlands, Kelso, Roxburghshire, Scotland^G.¹

     John Hugh Irvine-Fortescue was born on 18 June 1968.¹ He is the son of Hugh William Irvine-Fortescue and Patricia Anne Elizabeth Dudgeon.²
     He was recognised by Lord Lyon King of Arms, and matriculated his arms at the Lyons Court on 15 August 1974.¹ He was educated at George Watson’s College, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland^G.¹ He lived in 2003 at 7 Katherine’s Court, Ampthill, Bedfordshire, England^G.¹
