     Henrietta Laura Pulteney was the daughter of John Pulteney.² She married Reverend Philip Gurdon, son of Lt.-Col. Theophilus Thornhagh Gurdon and Anne Mellish, on 3 July 1832.¹ She died on 17 August 1898.¹
     From 3 July 1832, her married name became Gurdon.

     William Gurdon was born in 1804.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. Theophilus Thornhagh Gurdon and Anne Mellish.² He died in November 1884.¹

Theophilus Thornhagh Gurdon and Anne Mellish.² He married, firstly, Mary Wilhelmina Frederica Frere, daughter of William Frere and Mary Dillingham, on 20 October 1846.¹ He married, secondly, Catherine Mary Jane Temple Frere, daughter of Reverend Temple Frere, on 23 September 1853.¹ He died on 31 July 1873 at age 61.¹
     He graduated with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹ He was the Rector at Barnham Brrom, Norfolk, England^G.¹ He was the Rector at Kimberley, Norfolk, England^G.¹ He was the Rector at Hingham, Norfolk, England^G.¹

     Mary Harrington married Richard Becher Orpen, son of Captain Henry Richard Orpen and Letitia Becher, in 1859.¹
     From 1859, her married name became Orpen.¹

     Mary Wilhelmina Frederica Frere was the daughter of William Frere and Mary Dillingham.² She married Reverend Edward Gurdon, son of Lt.-Col. Theophilus Thornhagh Gurdon and Anne Mellish, on 20 October 1846.¹ She died on 3 November 1850, without issue.¹
     From 20 October 1846, her married name became Gurdon.

     Edward Henry Orpen was born circa 1815.¹ He was the son of Captain Henry Richard Orpen and Letitia Becher.¹ He married Frances Everina Heatley in 1840.¹ He died in 1855.¹
     He had four other children.¹
