     He was educated at Combe Down School, Bath, Somerset, England^G.¹ He was educated at Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G.¹ He fought in the Boer War between 1901 and 1902.¹ He gained the rank of Major in the 2nd Battalion, Worcestershire Regiment.¹ He fought in the First World War, where he was wounded.¹ He lived at Emell Castle, Cloughjordan, County Offaly, Ireland^G.¹

     Charlotte Elizabeth Herbert was the daughter of Lt.-Gen. Sir Charles Herbert and Elizabeth Taggart Blood.¹ She married Sir Auckland Colvin, son of John Russell Colvin and Emma Sophie Sneyd, on 4 August 1859.^1,2 She died in 1865.²
     From 4 August 1859, her married name became Colvin.¹

     Bindon Auckland William Blood was born in April 1888.¹ He was the son of General Sir Bindon Blood and Charlotte Elizabeth Colvin.¹ He died on 13 May 1888.¹

     Mara Meta Blood was born in July 1884.¹ She was the daughter of General Sir Bindon Blood and Charlotte Elizabeth Colvin.¹ She died on 1 May 1898 at age 13.¹

     Raleigh Cecil Watson Stoney was born on 27 February 1883.¹ He was the son of Johnstone Thomas Stoney and Arabella Louisa Lipyeatt.¹ He married Christabel Maud Going, daughter of William Henry Going, on 2 February 1923.¹ He died on 5 November 1933 at age 50.¹
     He was educated at Combe Down School, Bath, Somerset, England^G.¹

     Christabel Maud Going was the daughter of William Henry Going.¹ She married Raleigh Cecil Watson Stoney, son of Johnstone Thomas Stoney and Arabella Louisa Lipyeatt, on 2 February 1923.¹ She died on 21 May 1929.¹
     From 2 February 1923, her married name became Stoney.¹

     Thomas Brocklebank was the son of Ralph Brocklebank and Eliza Ann Moon.
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)¹ He lived at Wateringbury Place, Maidstone, Kent, England^G.¹

     Major David John Wallace was born on 3 October 1914 at London, England.^3,2 He was the son of Captain Rt. Hon. David Euan Wallace and Lady Myra Idina Sackville.³ He married Joan Prudence Magor, daughter of Richard Magor, in 1939.³ He died on 17 August 1944 at age 29 at Paramythia, Ipeiros, Greece^G, killed in action.^1,2
     He fought in the Second World War.¹ He gained the rank of Major in the King’s Royal Rifle Corps.¹
