     John Blennerhassett was born on 15 June 1715.¹ He was the son of Colonel John Blennerhassett and Jane Denny.¹ He married, firstly, Anne Crosbie, daughter of Colonel William Crosbie and Isabella Smyth, on 21 February 1736.¹ He married, secondly, Frances Herbert, daughter of Edward Herbert and Hon. Frances Browne, on 10 April 1753.² He died in 1763.¹
     He was admitted to Middle Temple in 1733.¹ He held the office of High Sheriff of County Kerry in 1740.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for County Kerry between 1751 and 1760.¹ He lived at Ballyseedy, County Kerry, Ireland^G.²

     Anne Crosbie was the daughter of Colonel William Crosbie and Isabella Smyth.^1,2 She married, firstly, John Leslie, son of James Leslie.¹ She married, secondly, John Blennerhassett, son of Colonel John Blennerhassett and Jane Denny, on 21 February 1736.¹
     Her married name became Leslie.¹ From 21 February 1736, her married name became Blennerhassett.¹

     Colonel William Crosbie was the son of Patrick Crosbie and Agnes Freke.² He married Isabella Smyth, daughter of Richard Smyth.² He died before 26 November 1743.²
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the Army.² He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Ardfert between 1713 and 1743.² He lived at Tubrid, County Kerry, Ireland^G.¹

     John Leslie was the son of James Leslie.² He married Anne Crosbie, daughter of Colonel William Crosbie and Isabella Smyth.¹ He died before 21 February 1736, when his widow remarried.¹
     He lived at Tarbert, Kilnaughtin, County Kerry, Ireland^G.¹

     Frances Herbert was the daughter of Edward Herbert and Hon. Frances Browne.² She married John Blennerhassett, son of Colonel John Blennerhassett and Jane Denny, on 10 April 1753.¹
     From 10 April 1753, her married name became Blennerhassett.¹

     Edward Herbert was born in 1693.² He was the son of Edward Herbert and Agnes Crosbie.² He married Hon. Frances Browne, daughter of Sir Nicholas Browne, 4th Bt. and Helen Browne.² He died in 1770.²
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.)¹ He lived at Muckross, County Kerry, Ireland^G.¹

     John Blennerhassett was the son of John Blennerhassett.¹ He died between November 1774 and December 1774, unmarried.¹

     Arthur Blennerhassett was the son of John Blennerhassett.¹ He died after 1749, young.¹

     Frances Blennerhassett was the daughter of John Blennerhassett.¹ She married Reverend Jemmett Browne on 2 October 1784.¹ She died on 19 October 1824.¹
     From 2 October 1784, her married name became Browne.¹ She lived at Arabela, Ballymacelligott, County Kerry, Ireland^G, which she inherited from her cousin Arthur in 1810.¹

     Reverend Jemmett Browne married Frances Blennerhassett, daughter of John Blennerhassett, on 2 October 1784.¹ He died on 3 March 1797.¹
     He lived at Riverstown, County Cork, Ireland^G.¹
