     He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹ He held the office of Usher of the Black Rod of the Order of St. Patrick.²

     Mary Blennerhassett was the daughter of William Blennerhassett and Catherine Johnson.¹ She married Captain Nevinson Blennerhassett de Courcy, son of Admiral Hon. Michael de Courcy and Anne Blennerhassett, on 10 August 1810.¹ She died on 19 January 1873.¹
     From 10 August 1810, her married name became de Courcy.¹

     Captain Nevinson Blennerhassett de Courcy was born on 20 February 1789.² He was the son of Admiral Hon. Michael de Courcy and Anne Blennerhassett.¹ He married Mary Blennerhassett, daughter of William Blennerhassett and Catherine Johnson, on 10 August 1810.¹ He died on 1 November 1845 at age 56.¹
     He was appointed Knight, Order of the Tower and Sword of Portugal (K.T.S.)¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.¹ He also had three daughters, who all died unmarried.²

     Agnes Blennerhassett was born on 12 October 1740 at Ballycarty Castle, Ballyseedy, County Kerry, Ireland^G.² She was the daughter of William Blennerhassett and Mary Morley.¹ She married Sir William Godfrey, 1st Bt., son of John Godfrey and Barbara Hathway, on 15 August 1761 at Elm Grove, Ballyseedy, County Kerry, Ireland.¹
     From 15 August 1761, her married name became Godfrey.¹

     Sir William Godfrey, 1st Bt. was born circa 1738 at Bushfield, County Kerry, Ireland. He was the son of John Godfrey and Barbara Hathway.² He married Agnes Blennerhassett, daughter of William Blennerhassett and Mary Morley, on 15 August 1761 at Elm Grove, Ballyseedy, County Kerry, Ireland.¹ He died on 23 January 1817.¹
     He gained the title of 1st Baronet Godfrey, of Bushfield, co. Kerry [Ireland] on 17 June 1785.² He lived at Bushfield, Milltown, County Kerry, Ireland^G, (later called Kilcoleman Abbey.)¹

     Agnes Blennerhassett was the daughter of John Blennerhassett and Margaret Crosbie.¹ She married Robert Rogers in 1706, with issue.¹
     From 1706, her married name became Rogers.¹

     Colonel Edward Denny was born on 10 February 1652.¹ He was the son of Sir Arthur Denny and Lady Ellen Barry.² He married Mary Maynard, daughter of Sir Boyle Maynard, in 1673.¹ He died in 1709.¹
     He was Member of Parliament (M.P.) for County Kerry between 1695 and 1698.¹ He held the office of Provost of Tralee.¹ He lived at Tralee Castle, Tralee, County Kerry, Ireland^G.¹
