Richard Neville was born on 3 September 1717.3 He was the son of Richard Aldworth and Catherine Neville.3 He married Magdalen Calendrini, daughter of Francis Calendrini, in 1748.3,4 He died on 17 July 1793 at age 75.3
He was given the name of Richard Neville Aldworth at birth.3 He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.3 He was educated at Merton College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Whig) for Reading in 1747.3 He held the office of Joint Secretary of the Council of Regency in 1748.3 He held the office of Under-Secretary of State, Southern Department between 1748 and 1751.3 He held the office of Joint Secretary of the Council of Regency in 1750.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.)
