     Ann Bagenal was the daughter of Colonel Dudley Bagenal and Ann Butler.¹ She married, firstly, Sir Gervase Clifton, 4th Bt., son of Robert Clifton and Sarah Parkhurst.¹ She married, secondly, William Blackburne.¹ She died in 1734.¹
     Her married name became Clifton.¹ Her married name became Blackburne.¹

     Sir Gervase Clifton, 4th Bt. was the son of Robert Clifton and Sarah Parkhurst.^2,3 He married Ann Bagenal, daughter of Colonel Dudley Bagenal and Ann Butler.¹ He died on 27 February 1731.¹
     He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Clifton, of Clifton, co. Nottingham [E., 1611]. He had fourteen other sons and one daughter.

     Jarrard Strickland was the son of Walter Strickland and Anne Salvin. He married Mary Bagenal, daughter of Walter Bagenal and Eleanor Barnewall, they left issue.¹ He died on 1 September 1791.¹

     Eleanor Beauchamp married Walter Bagenal, son of Colonel Dudley Bagenal and Ann Butler, in 1740, they had an additional two children who died as infants.¹
     From 1740, her married name became Bagenal.¹

     Beauchamp Bagenal was born circa 1735.¹ He was the son of Walter Bagenal and Eleanor Beauchamp.¹ He married Maria (?), she was a widow when they married.¹ He died on 1 May 1802.¹
     He matriculated at Trinity Hall, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, in 1753.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for County Carlow between 1770 and 1790, with interruptions.¹ Sarah Westrop was the natural daughter and eventual heiress of Beauchamp Bagenal.² He gained the rank of Colonel in the Graige Volunteers.¹ He was a nationalist and libertarian, as well as bon viveur and a notorious duellist.¹ He made provision for the lack of a direct male heir whereby Dunleckney and substantial property passed on her marriage settlement to his natural daughter.¹ He lived at Dunleckney, Bagenalstown, County Carlow, Ireland^G.¹
