     Harry Norman Cotter was born on 26 January 1885.¹ He was the son of Duncan Donald Darroch Cotter and Ella Margaret Paterson.² He married Rose Isabel Malabre, daughter of Henri Malabre, on 9 July 1912.¹ He died on 4 November 1960 at age 75.¹
