Hon. Basil Cochrane1

Hon. Basil Cochrane was born on 22 April 1753.1 He was the son of Thomas Cochrane, 8th Earl of Dundonald and Jane Stuart.3 He married Caroline Gosling, daughter of unknown Gosling, on 13 August 1812.1 He died on 14 August 1826 at age 73.1
He was with the Madras Civil Service.1
