     Marie Frances Richmond Cooper was born on 8 April 1942.¹ She is the daughter of Geoffrey Mervyn Cooper and Elise Marie Richmond.² She married, firstly, A. R. Lusk in 1979.¹ She married, secondly, Hon. Montagu Robert Vere Eliot, son of Montague Charles Eliot, 8th Earl of Saint Germans and Helen Agnes Post, in 1983.¹
     From 1979, her married name became Lusk. From 1983, her married name became Eliot.¹ She held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Cornwall.¹ She lived in 2003 at Brightor House, Tideford, Cornwall, England.²
