     From 14 September 1927, her married name became Grierson.¹

     Herbert Wallace Vernon was born on 14 September 1890.¹ He was the son of William Allen Vernon and Elizabeth Marson.² He married Gertrude Mary Jackson, daughter of Tom Jackson, on 10 January 1924.¹ He died in 1974.¹
