     Major William Walter Brough Scott was born on 27 October 1902.² He was the son of Mason Thompson Scott and Flora Alice Williams.² He married, firstly, Bridget Margaret Clay, daughter of Charles Leigh Clay and Margaret Press, on 1 July 1926.² He married, secondly, Pamela Fielding, daughter of Sir Charles William Fielding and Florence Dixon, on 25 September 1937.¹ He died on 21 June 1980 at age 77 at Bampton, Oxfordshire, England.^1,3
