     Lt.-Gen. Sir Charles Alexander Campbell Godwin was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.)¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.)¹ He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)¹

     Nancy Godwin was the daughter of Lt.-Gen. Sir Charles Alexander Campbell Godwin.² She married Richard Montagu Villiers, son of John Russell Villiers and Grace Elizabeth Earle, on 9 June 1932.¹ She died on 15 January 2000.¹
     From 9 June 1932, her married name became Villiers.

     Timothy Charles Villiers was born on 16 March 1943.¹ He is the son of Richard Montagu Villiers and Nancy Godwin.² He married Maureen McCahearty, daughter of Venerable Reginald George Henry McCahearty and Jessie Ellen Service, in 1971.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He was educated at Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the 15th/19th King’s Royal Hussars.¹

     Maureen McCahearty is the daughter of Venerable Reginald George Henry McCahearty and Jessie Ellen Service.² She married Timothy Charles Villiers, son of Richard Montagu Villiers and Nancy Godwin, in 1971.¹

     Nicholas Charles Villiers was born on 20 February 1976.¹ He is the son of Timothy Charles Villiers and Maureen McCahearty.² He married Holly L. Smith, daughter of John Smith, on 15 July 2004 at St. Margaret’s Church, Babington, England.³

     Richard Henry Villiers was born in 1980.¹ He is the son of Timothy Charles Villiers and Maureen McCahearty.² He married Olivia Francesca Kate Lewis, daughter of Dr. Kenelm Lewis, in 2009.³ He and Olivia Francesca Kate Lewis were divorced in 2011.³ He married, secondly, Raquel Fernández Porras after 2011.³
